At Jaryal Enviro Technologies, our sand filters and carbon filters form the polishing heart of every ETP, STP, and water treatment plant. After primary clarification or DAF, water passes through carefully graded media beds that trap fine suspended solids, reduce turbidity, and remove colour, odour, and dissolved organics—delivering consistent, reuse-ready quality.
Our pressure sand filters use layered media such as pebbles, gravel, quartz sand, and anthracite to capture particles down to 10–30 microns, while activated carbon filters adsorb residual organics, chlorine, colour, and odour compounds. Designed as standalone units or integrated with RO, UV, and ZLD systems, these filters help industries meet CPCB/SPCB norms and maximize water recovery.

Jaryal Enviro Technologies’ Screw Press Filter is a compact, energy-efficient sludge dewatering solution designed for continuous operation in ETP and STP applications. The system thickens and dewaters sludge with minimal power consumption, low maintenance, and clog-resistant operation, making it ideal for municipal sewage, industrial effluents, and mixed sludge streams

Daf system

DAF SYSTEM

The advanced DAF system offered by US does not warrant a separate flocculation tank, flocculationmixer, flash tank and flash mixer. The Air Saturation Tank of yesteryears is replaced by the Air

Dissolving Tube (ADT) which provides effluent saturated with air in residence time of10 seconds. Air requirement is also very low as compared to the DAFs of earlier designs.

Salient features / benefits of DAF clarifiers are:

1. Very low retention times (as low as 30 minutes) for comparable or better clarification.2. Small footprint as a result of low reterntion time.

3. Total steel fabrication and negligible civil work facilitating relocation, if needed.

4. Ease of installation, can be installed in tier system.

5. Sludge from the DAF has a solid content of 2-3% resulting in two major advantages:

6. Substantial reduction in size and cost of sludge dewatering system; and

7. Lower sludge volume to be recycled to the aeration tank.
